Saturday
It was a lazy day because of rain and cloudy weather. I felt like my Saturday was my Sunday this weekend. We finished the third LOTR, so I won’t need to watch those movies for a long time! I didn’t do much today; I worked on some of my school stuff, spent time reconnecting with family and friends, cleaned the house, relaxed and rested. I really needed one of those type of Saturdays where I did nothing.
Sunday
We walked to town today since we didn’t yesterday. We did some errands, but it was quite busy on Sunday mornings, just as much as on Saturday morning. We tried to eat at our favorite place, Bella Celaque, but it was closed, along with another one of our favorite places. So we went to a restaurant we haven’t been to lately to eat lunch and it was so good. Afterwards we headed back up and decided to make some snacks for the Superbowl at night. Since Mr. Bran and Tad have cable, we were able to watch the game! The commentary was in Spanish, but we still enjoyed watching it. We had bought pizza from a restaurant in town, made a version of puppy chow, and had chips and salsa to eat. It was a fun night watching American football, but I definitely missed America in those moments.
